I believe agriculture has a marketing problem. That we need to do a better job of connecting with our customers. Those within agriculture and with the consumers that buy our products.
Growing up on a farm with 30+ years in ag, 20+ years in selling, 10+ years in marketing, 5+ years leading a high performing sales and marketing team, gives me a unique take on what it takes to connect with and compel customers.
